A "Veteran"- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve- is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check payable to "The United States of America," for an amount of "up to, and including his life.". Today I am thankful for The United States of America. I am thankful for it's beauty. I am so thankful for the freedoms I enjoy every single day and I am thankful to the men and women who have fought for "justice for all".

Friday, November 18, 2011. Grocery stores and Washers/Dryers. Yesterday was a bad day. We have all been super sick for at least three weeks and everyone was finally on the mend- except for some lingering coughs. Then Collin woke up yesterday with a fever, sore throat, croupy cough, and diarrhea. I was so frustrated! I'm sure this one will go through the entire family, too. Yeah, I know- just in time for my parents, sister and nephews to come to my house for Thanksgiving. Lame! So there you go. Hopefu...

Thursday, February 10, 2011. Mostly ups and some downs. Every family has their ups and downs. I just happened to catch some with my camera. I love this picture of Breanna. She has such a cute laugh. Sunday, June 12, 2011. There is a really fun place here called "Jabbers". My kids love to go! We went this past Wednesday ($15 for the whole family to get in for the entire day! Collin's favorite thing to do there is to play in the playhouse and the grocery store and go "shopping". They have little shopping carts that Collin loves to push around. These are the yummy things Collin picked up at the grocery store. Here is Bradley taking a break for a minute to pose for me. Collin is a grilling pro!

Friday, March 25, 2011. Breanna turned 10 on the 22nd. Her birthday/slumber party was on the 24th. She had a great time! Her favorite color is red- which is why I decided to type this in red.
