Starting new adventures every day. Monday, February 4, 2008. Lief scored some RED down boots and Monte took them out for a airwalk. Along the Pacific Crest Trail. Heading out to the Pass with Bruce and Vinita. Monte is tanking up for the big journey. There were some snow flurries but he managed to stay warm and babble along the trail. We had a little lunch break for tea and sandwiches before looping back. This is one of my favorite pictures! A little video as we were heading out. Me in my Red Hat.

We had our first, and potentially only, snow of the season in Seattle this weekend. It has stayed pretty cold which enabled us to get out and do some sledding today. It also helped prepare us for Christmas in Vermont which we leave for in a few days. New photo and vid. No event/occasion just a new snap and vid from a new camera. It has just been beautiful in Seattle recently. We had to wait until September for summer apparently. Daniel and I went to Seward park today for a swim in Lake Washington. We hit a pumpkin patch out in Redmond today with our friends Lief, Lisa and Monte. It was definitely a cool fall day and lots of fun. Here's a couple new groups of photos. Daniel is a huge fan of this bike and is getting pretty fast. He discovered downhill yesterday. The next are just some snaps of him trying to 'smile' for me. It was cracking him up. A weekend of iPhone photos (getting lazy). Daniel helped me put together his new table. Out for a Saturday morning ride . Enjoying a meal at his new spot.
