Ben, Cassie, Samuel and Savannah. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Monday, January 4, 2010. So my birthday this year was pretty awesome. Ben took the day of from work and let me have a little nap. I got my run in, we went shopping and had lunch. We also got In and out burger with his family that night and they spoiled me. Ben got me a new bed! My old mattress was so bad it had a lump in the center but this new bed is so very nice! It was such a good day. Christmas this year was really fun with a 2 year old!

Lake powell was so much fun this trip. Scott and Katrina came for the first part and it was so fun to have them finally come! I love lake powell and can't wait until next year. Ben, Cassie, Samuel and Savannah. Sunday, April 18, 2010. So on Saturday April 17th 2010, I ran a half marathon, that is 13.1 miles! I am pretty proud of myself for the accomplishment. During our 10 week training I might have quit like 3 times and took a 3 week break from running but in the end I did it and for the most part enjoyed it. The boys realized that Brett doubles as a jungle gym or, in Boston's case, a trampoline. We stopped by Shaun and Sarah's new house in Pocatello. It looks awesome, you guys!

A few highlights from my last post. We first drove to a town called La Fortuna which is right near Arenal. We rode horses up near the volcano and saw sloths, Toucans, falcons, snakes, gigantic spiders and bugs, armadillo, salamander, frogs, lots of wildlife. We also went canyoneering in this area.
