Today Matt and I are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary! A few years back I did a similar post titled “8 Things Learned in 8 Years of Marriage,” so rather than reinvent the wheel I thought I’d include those 8 things (maybe with a few updates) and then add 2 more. The Unattached Attachment Parent. March 13, 2017. Stats from this past week:. Monday: 15 minutes on the treadmill (5.5 mph) and a 45 minute Sports Drill class (alternating cardio intervals and strength training intervals). Tuesday: 60 minute Orangetheory Fitness class. Wednesday: 60 minute Orangetheory Fitness class. Exercise buddies are the BEST. Friday: 15 minutes on the treadmill (5.0 mph) followed by a 45 minute Sports Drill class (alternating between cardio and strength intervals). March 6, 2017.

Since Saturday, we’ve had plumbers, builders and tile workers out here. We’ve switched the plumbing for the toilet and sink and moved the pipes around in the process.
