COMBINE dry ingredients and set aside. BEAT eggs and add pumpkin and oil. COMBINE wet and dry ingredients. SPREAD into a baking (cookie) sheet (has to have the sides obviously). BAKE 25 - 30 minutes. AFTER cool top with Cream cheese frosting. 4 C cubed potatoes. 2 C sliced carrots. 2 C chopped celery. 1/2 c minced onion. 3 Tbsp chicken base.

Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies. 1/2 C butter, softened. 6 Tbsp brown sugar. 1 1/4 C flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 12 - 13 broken (not crushed) oreo cookies. 1 C chocolate chips. PREHEAT oven to 350*. CREAM butter and sugars together, add egg and vanilla until mixed well. ADD dry ingredients to wet slowly. GENTLY stir in chips and oreo pieces until just combined. SPOON onto baking sheets, greased or lined with parchment paper. COOK 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes. View my complete profile.

Grilled Tilapia w/Mango Salsa. 1/3 C olive oil. 1 Tbsp lemon juice. 1 Tbsp soy sauce. 1 Tbsp fresh minced parsley. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 tsp black pepper. 3 - 4 tilapia fillets. 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and diced. 1/2 red bell pepper, diced. 2 Tbsp minced red onion. 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro. 2 Tbsp lime juice. 1 Tbsp lemon juice. PREHEAT grill (I use our Foreman grill) and cook Tilapia filets about 5 minutes or until white and fish flakes easily.

Friday, June 19, 2009. 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed. 2 pkg crescent rolls. 1 1/2 C bread crumbs. 8 oz cream cheese. Onion salt to taste. 1/4 C melted butter. 1 can cream of chicken soup, thinned with milk. MIX cream cheese and seasonings, add cubed chicken. PUT a small amount of mixture in each roll; roll up and seal. ROLL in margarine and bread crumbs. PLACE on cookie sheet. BAKE @ 400* for 15 - 20 minutes. USE soup as gravy. Tuesday, February 7, 2012. 4 C cubed potatoes. 2 C sliced carrots. 2 C chopped celery. 1/2 c minced onion. 4 C water (or sub chicken broth and omit the chicken base). 3 Tbsp chicken base. 1 10oz pkg frozen broccoli. 3 1/2 C milk. 1 Tbsp dry mustard. 1 lb velveeta cheese. PLACE first 4 ingredients in a large stew pot, add salt and water. COOK until veggies are tender (20ish minutes). ADD broccoli, chicken base, and milk. SIMMER 5 more minutes. ADD roux to soup and stir until thickened. Ham N Egg Skillet.
