On this blog you are going to see lots of posts about a special boy named Kaden Brinkerhoff. Probably cheesy and lovey dovey posts at times. Okay, most of the time. Kaden is currently serving an LDS mission in Tacoma, Washington. Although the time away from him is difficult, I have never been more proud of him. He is changing people's lives and loving every minute of it. He makes me the happiest girl in the world, even when we are apart. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us. I will for sure!

Sunday, August 24, 2014. After talking to my cute cousin Jess, I decided it would be a good idea to start a blog of my own! So here goes nothin'! What could be a better first post than the temple and my mama's birthday? Saturday night we had the opportunity to go to the Ogden temple open house as a family with some family friends. It was absolutely beautiful. I can't wait for the day I get to be sealed to my best friend for time and all eternity and start a family of my own. August 24, 2014 at 11:11 PM.

My Dad is honestly the best day I could have asked for. He is the most caring, giving, and selfless person I know. He's taught me to never give up even when it gets tough and to always remember who I am and what I stand for. Words can't describe how much I love this man. Sunday, July 5, 2015. So sad my favorite holiday weekend is coming to an end, but I cannot begin to say how much fun I had! I stayed with Travis and Natalie and we had way too much fun! I had a lot of firsts this weekend to cross off my bucket list. They took me to Zeppe's on Friday night and let me tell ya, their gelata is soooo good! Nat and I decided that the starfish felt like hard cookies and the manta rays were like touching mud. Haha the rays kinda freaked me out but the starfish were so cute!

Saturday, February 28, 2015. And a Boot to Match. Well, this week was crazy. Two exams and a post-op visit at TOSH. I went and stayed with my Dad Wednesday night and had my appointment on Thursday morning. I cannot tell you how excited I was to get my splint off! Not only to see how my stitches were healing, but so I could hopefully get a boot! 6 more weeks no weight bearing, then 1-2 months walking in a boot. I did not like that.
