Our handover went well on Wednesday, only a few problems were identified and the SS informs us that most of these issues will be rectified prior to Christmas. One Three Designer Build - Shell Cove NSW. Wednesday, 31 August 2011. The holes are beginning to show.Literally! So our roof went up in a few days and we were told that gyprock was to be delivered on 29th and be installed on the 31st, it sounds like things are moving along smoothly. We had our inspector go out on Thursday to tell us there is no way gyprock should go ahead and that he had 50 different pictures of defects or incomplete works, the most serious issues. An update from our SS tells us that we are expecting plumbing connection tomorrow and frame delivery Wednesday which will hopefully start going up on Friday.
