IBS Whinging - The Mandala of Me. Flouncy Bouncy Buddha Grrl. Jun 28th, 2011 06:10 pm. Flouncy Bouncy Buddha Grrl. It's worth logging in just to be able to use this icon. I'm finding the lack of regular journalling has a weird side effect, which is that I'm not using this icon ever, and I'm not feeling that sense of calm I used to get quoting a fandom-loved deranged character and having it also elegantly sum up the last, what, 7? How low am i. 2011-06-28 11:49 pm (UTC). 2011-06-30 04:38 am (UTC). That to...

book review - Subtitled Tamarinne
http://tamarinne.livejournal.com/89029.html
Oct 26th, 2010 at 9:19 AM. By John Crowley. This book just made me more and more frustrated the longer I read. It's an interesting world with lovely writing, but it's populated by 2-dimensional archetypes and no plot. I doggedly kept reading because (A) the world was cool and (B) something had to happen, sooner or later. Right? And took approximately 30 seconds to read. And then the book was over. I set the book down and thought it took you 700 pages of maundering to get to THAT? Triumph, of a sort :).

Alex also went through one, and then had to have his arms patted down separately, as when he "assumes the (backscatter) position," at his great height, his arms are above the area read by the machine. Cat and stuff - The Sock Drawer
http://limbodog.livejournal.com/497985.html
The donut you wish you had not eaten. Chloe needs a home. My brother had offered to take her, and I brought her out to Ashby last weekend, but his wife is apparently not happy about it (she likes dogs, and not cats). So I'm back to trying to find her a home. I turn to you again, LJ. Anybody know somebody who would like a cat? She's a lap-cat, a tortoise-shell long furred little beasty, and she loves chasing things (string in particular, birds when possible), and long walks on the beach. Can I take her?
