Tuesday, December 25, 2012. A Clothes Washer Hose Leaks in Edmonds. This is the culprit! The braided hose attached to this hot water bibb had its gasket fail such that water was dripping at a rate of two drops per second. For how long, no one knows. It finally became detectable when water pooled in the downstairs unit, soaking wallboard, carpet and delaminating Pergo flooring. The Pergo flooring is delaminated. The bedroom carpet is soaked and stained. The ceiling below the upstairs laundry unit is soaked.

By leaving SB mid morning we knew we would be approaching San Diego 24 hours later during daylight. The three of us rotated our watches, 3 hours on and 6 hours off watch. Tuesday, May 19, 2009. An Anchoring Sail Added to Whisper's Wardrobe. Here is Whisper prior to deployment of the FinDelta with it still in its bag. This is the first deployment while at the dock to set the line lengths. Just before the clouds opened up with rain I was able to retension the lines. This is my other tool for anchoring with stern-to-shore in the San Juan and Canadian Gulf Islands and Desolation Sound. It is a spool of 400' of poly line with a tensile strength of 900#. Friday, November 20, 2009. With proper project management, Whisper could have gone in the water by Friday, September 23rd. While this image is date stamped November 1st, Whisper did not splash until Tuesday, November 10th. Even on the 10th, it could have easily been as early as 2PM. With little project management and NO customer service, it didn't happen until 4:45. Do you know how early sunset happens in those latitudes on Nov 10th? Was I going to spend another night in Nanaimo? Is it good to be home?
