Here is my proposal for sorting much, much faster than quicksort. Time and memory consumption in C, for my algorithm csort, versus quicksort, with an universe of 50 Million registers, with values duplicated from 0 to 1,000,000. Less is better. We need a huge amount of data in order to be able to demonstrate the time differences clearly.
