Monday, May 14, 2012. Grandpa Jim comes to visit. Grandpa Jim came for a visit. He arrived on Wednesday afternoon and stayed until Monday. Despite the lack of photographic evidence, we did get out and do a fair number of things. Guess I should have hijacked Grandpa's memory card and copy the photos before he left! Tuesday, October 11, 2005. Whistler. at the Westin! I have been up to Whistler in the Winter (love the hills), as well as during the Summer and Spring. This was the first time I had seen the village when the leaves had turned colour. It was absolutely amazing not to mention the Natchos at the Longhorn! Some habits die hard. As we went out the front door of the hotel, the bellman asked if we needed a taxi. We said yes - to Kowloon Station. He said, oh yes - you to Tung Chung, him to Central. The interview was so intense.it took 5 days.
