She Will Amaze You: A little DIY, and a little outsourcing!
http://shewillamazeyou.blogspot.com/2014/06/a-little-diy-and-little-outsourcing.html
Wednesday, June 4, 2014. A little DIY, and a little outsourcing! I have this problem: I start projects, and life happens, and I lose focus and stop before they're finished. It doesn't always happen, but when it does, it really bothers me! Take for example, the chaise longue recovering project. I had every intention of finishing that thing off myself. But, I don't have the workspace, or the time, and well. poor chaise has been sitting in my garage for going on a year. Poor chaise longue :(. Also going to ...

Sunday, May 18, 2014. Everything changes as it grows. Mint, cucumber, chocolate mint, chives, thai basil, roma tomatoes and rosemary! Bleeding hearts, and one of the cool painted rocks from the previous homeowners. Jason's favourite painted leaf plant. The location of our soon-to-be-built fairy garden. The bees love these little flowers. My ever-changing veggie bed. The purple cabbage is going to be massive. The blackberry bush survived transplant! We will definitely have blueberries this year. Then, she...

She Will Amaze You: September 2013
http://shewillamazeyou.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 28, 2013. If you don't live around here, you might not know that it rains a LOT in the Fall, Winter and Spring. A lot. My Jakob has started soccer, and that means we get to brave the cold and spend time outdoors, cheering him (and ourselves) on, in an attempt to convince him that he really does. Want to be there! We are three weeks in, and this morning was a great experience in deciding if we can tough it out for the season. We can! After practice, we were treated to an amazing. Jakob...

She Will Amaze You: February 2014
http://shewillamazeyou.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 24, 2014. I have been so busy! Like, mind boggling, can’t believe it busy. Since I started with the cookies, around Christmas, I’ve managed to bake enough cookies to raise $725! In addition to $600 in extra donations from some ladies that are so incredibly kind, we have already raised $1325 towards Prader-Willi syndrome research. THIS IS HUGE! My goal for the whole year. Was to raise $1000 in cookie sales. In any case, I just wanted to say Hi to those of you who still check in here!

She Will Amaze You: January 2014
http://shewillamazeyou.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Doctor Who Exploding Tardis Cookie. I am geeking OUT! A girlfriend of mine, who shares the same love of Doctor Who as I, suggested I make mini painting cookies. She suggested Van Gogh's Exploding Tardis as an idea of something to paint. Well, tonight when I was baking my little rectangles, it dawned on me that it would be really cool to stack them together in a square, and paint a bigger picture. I AM SO STOKED on this! Nine chocolate cookies, arranged 3x3, everything is edible.

She Will Amaze You: November 2013
http://shewillamazeyou.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 27, 2013. November has been the hardest month we've had in a while. Lots of challenges, some changes, but ending with a bang, as we leave for Disneyland on Saturday for Jakob's fifth birthday. She's so confident on her feet, she runs practically everywhere. Her vocabulary is booming, although she doesn't use most of her words much. She loves to stack blocks, play with her babies, and absolutely loves bath time. Her hair is soooo fun, it's a big curly mess! So, some bad, some good!

She Will Amaze You: Ellie is three!!
http://shewillamazeyou.blogspot.com/2014/04/the-past-couple-months-have-been-so.html
Monday, April 28, 2014. The past couple months have been so full of cookies, I am overwhelmed at the support and response they have gotten! I really love decorating them, but I'm finally past Easter, and ready for a break! This was only half of the orders I did! These were so fun to do. It is so lovely, watching everything growing. I have thinned my beets, chard, carrots, and radishes. In two weeks my radishes will be ready for harvest! I have already been enjoying bowls of spinach and arugula. Yesterday...
