Cateaclysmic: Almond Butter & Coconut Cookies (Gluten Free)

Almond Butter and Coconut Cookies (Gluten Free). 1/3 cup almond butter. 1 egg (for vegans use a flax/chia egg). 1/4 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup dessicated coconut. 1 cup coconut flour. 1/4 tsp baking soda. Preheat an oven to 180°c. In a small bowl mix together the almond butter, egg, vanilla, almond milk and maple syrup until it resembles a smooth batter. Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Eat on their own or with a refreshing hot beverage.

Things That Make You Go Oooooo (February 2015). February seems to have come and gone in a flash but surprisingly I managed to get a lot done this month! I started the month off with an awesome trip to the Game of Thrones Exhibition. In London, caught up with friends, made some progress on my cosplay projects and although I completely failed to get tickets for San Diego Comic Con *single sad tear* there's still some exciting things happening for me to look forward to. Pie is greater than cake, it's science.

I am so ready for the summer and some sunshine because its been feeling like autumn again here recently, I actually wore gloves the other day and it's May, MAY! We're already halfway thought the year and that's scary but maybe I should take it as a kick up the ass to get shit done instead of moping about. anyway onwards and upwards!
