After my wrath of last weekend I've calmed myself down quite a bit. I did myself a birthday tarot reading, with some interpretation from Sezo which ended up with me getting very upset and started to look at some of the aspects of myself that I really don't want to look at at all, ever if possible, but that can't be hidden from any longer. Well, it's been a while and a lot of water has gone under the bridge since April when I last posted! Since then, we've had both the kitchen and the bathroom refurbished, and I've lost my job and have started temping full time! We've also been on holiday, which was hard work, and I've not been to the gym for some time. I do need to help myself by going to bed earlier though.

Tuesday, 25 October 2011. As i have been ill, i have found the more rundown i have felt the more i've turned to pastires and bread products. A big no-no and most likely the reason why i have gained weight again. :(. I'll admit i have been aiming to reduce the junky foods but cannot truly see me ditching them entirely as i have found in the past the more i try to cut things out the more likely i am to being binging etc. I'd love to know if anyone else does something similar? Week 4 challenge reaction post.
