Sunday, February 12, 2012. 8230;…华裔顾客不满意服务员在45分钟后还没把已付款的炸鸡送上，于是大声的问“炸鸡没有了是吗？”，厨房的马来员工则以“不能等啊，babi？”，却惹来姓伍的顾客不愉快……我可以形容这位顾客没有EQ吗？就算是真的骂你babi，不能一笑而过，大事化小，小事化无吗？或者，好好的谈，又或者，去别间咯！网络流传剪接过充满种族纠纷的短片，很明显支持该短片者还是把员工的困境解读为种族问题……. 售价高人一等的快餐厅，工资却不如餐厅来的高级。在大家还没了解为何肯德鸡无法准时端上炸鸡，却一味地强调“顾客至上”、“消费者是对的”。爪爪头发，原来是2012年了，我还以为这里是马华公公会呢。这种价值观也不是配合着“有钱人是对”的野蛮道理……. 整件事最好笑的是，竟然有政党只邀单方开记者会来澄清事件的来龙去脉。哇，这是爱疯时代了！别怪土权插手，要怪就怪你不懂学国阵的协商精神来解决问题！我还是不理解，为何我会去批评这件事…….
