I was a bit nervous to make sure the group stayed safe and not near any protests or other gatherings, and we had a lovely day- but it is important to know what’s going on in Cambodia and stay abreast of this time of change for the Country. If you’ve ever been in Phnom Penh traffic, you can imagine that I was a bit nervous to have 10 foreigners who’ve never cycled in that traffic cruising. After a wonderful day of rest, the idea of riding 60km seemed easier to swallow knowing that we had a 2 hour transfer on the bus first. It’s always difficult to say goodbye to the beach, but it’s much easier knowing that our guide Lin would have interesting things to tell us all along the way- and I remembered that we stopped for the amazing sweet jellied coconut on the road. Bessas is een vriendelijk dorp op de grens van de Ardèche en de Gard met een mediterraan klimaat waar het beste en meest bijzondere van deze twee departementen zijn verenigd. Het is een gebied vol landschappelijke en culturele verrassingen met heerlijke wijnen en leuke restaurantjes.

Måndag 9 juli 2012. Nu ska jag tycka - om mitt yrke. Ann-Mari Körling startade. Och tog initiativet till Lärartycket. Jag tar tag i stafettpinnen efter Janna Scheéle. Att arbeta som lärare är ett hantverk brukar min kollega Susann säga. Du kan bara bli bättre och du blir aldrig fullärd. I mitt lärartyck vill jag hylla mina kollegor. Jag har alltid gått till mitt arbete i skolan med glädje trots att stegen ibland varit tunga. Ett tag för snart. Är synd för skolan. Lärare som blommar får blommande elever!
