Tuesday, November 20, 2007. Rockreation Times Two . or Three. My arms are sore. My back is aching. I woke up in the middle of the night with my left pinky numb beyond belief, I actually thought it had fallen off (cut to me groping around in panic to make sure I still had five digits to my hand). I was pumped after one climb, but each one I tried was awesome - good feet, good hands, and best of all, I actually finished them, even though my arms were about to fall off. Tuesday, November 30, 2004. Okay, today, I redeemed myself with my running. Without alcohol in my blood, I was actually able to finish the route without stopping or walking part of the way. Of course it was shorter than the route we did last time but I felt like I could've run more by the time I finished. Sure, I did the little stint with fencing, but that was hardly aerobic. OK, so I’ve been watching the Olympics, but I’ve had a cold so I spend most of my time lately coughing, blowing my nose and feeling sorry for myself. Anyway, just wanted to share a recent pic of Ben - a couple months ago his hair started getting long and we started hearing a lot of “he looks like a young bruce lee” comments, so I asked him to do his best karate moves.
