I DID arrive safely to the Entebbe airport ready to fly home. I DID NOT enjoy the harrowing 5 hour trip through Kampalas insane traffic. (It made the Dominican Republic look peaceful.). I DID see what seemed like millions of Ugandians.walking, carrying heavy loads, resting, eating, working, selling, going about daily. I DID NOT like having to tell the children good bye.

So while I will NEVER eat bat soup like he has, I actually did enjoy crunchy, salty GRASSHOPPERS. It is the season for them here in Uganda. . 160; . 160; It has been an awesome week FULL of rich experiences. Take a peek. What a great way to gift with a purpose.

Life in Hong Kong with two boys. Sunday, February 22, 2015. Chinese New Year Break 2015. We still have 2.5 days left of our holiday, but it's going way too fast! We've enjoyed just laying low in HK and spending lots of family time together. Here are a few pictures from the first half of our break. Bryan and Jack at School on last day before break. Life in Hong Kong with two boys. Friday, September 26, 2014. Where have the last four years gone? Our baby is a big boys now! And we are so excited about the wonderful boy he has become. He had a great birthday and here are photos of the day. We spent the morning at the park with Max's tow best friends. And when you have girls for best friends. so sweet! We went to lunch at McD's with our friends, then during school we had a little celebration with two other classmates who also have birthdays this week.
