How to get here. HOW TO GET HERE. To get to Río Dulce by Bus (coming from Guatemala City, San Pedro Sula, or Flores). Guatemala City- Rio Dulce. There are several bus companies that run services from Guatemala City to Rio Dulce. Litegua provides a reliable and comfortable service to Rio Dulce at 6:00am, 9:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm and 4:30pm. The trip costs Q80 and is approximately 6 hours. Ask the bus driver to drop you off before the bridge to save walking back across it! San Pedro Sula- Rio Dulce.
