Friday, April 27, 2012. 人與人相處,當然需要磨合也需要退讓. 能夠一拍即合是幸運,大部分的時候,朋友同事之間多半有需要忍耐還是無視的習慣. 我在這個公司可以撐這麼久,很大一個原因是同事算是很好玩的人. 薪水不怎樣,但是工作環境有趣,同事大多數的時間好相處,其他的事情都可以商量. 過去這三四年我們陸續雇用過新人,多數都是請走或者自己走路的下場. 留下來的兩個,真的是讓大家都沒有什麼怨言,工作效率高個性又好,完全跟公司的氣氛合拍. 首先,小上司識人的功力真的低落到令人傻眼,之前他雇用過三個,只有一個可以用. 這次他雇用的人工作效率沒有問題,但是除了工作效率以外的整體真是讓人討厭到有要辭職的念頭. 這人每天都有可能經前症候群,所以無法預料他今天會不會心情不好. 如果心情不好,她除了不正眼瞧你以外,講話還像吃了火藥. 我算是脾氣很糟糕的人,能比我火藥味還濃的實在很少見. 我們公司全部加上她也不到十個人,你拍馬屁根本是在玻璃箱子裡拍,大家都看的到,先不說她拍馬屁的技巧好不好,光是在透明箱子裡面被當成猴子看就不好受了. 怎麼拍的下去? Monday, June 18, 2012. 美國有個已下檔的影集Monk,主人翁Adrian Monk因愛妻於汽車炸彈身亡,出現嚴重的強迫症行為. Monk先生原為舊金山警局的探長,意外以後三年都沒法出的了門,終於能走出大門以後卻因創傷引發的強迫症而失去工作. 他的警局好友約聘他為顧問,幫助警局破了很多案子. 整部影集大概講的就是如何破案,一集一個故事. Monk偏執沒有類別, 比如他客廳的茶几要放一定的角度, 東西放置的方法位子都有固定, 凡走過一根一根的東西,他一定要用手指頭碰觸一下(燈柱,電線桿,汽車天線,欄杆等等). 他對於清潔的標準異於常人- 牙刷用熱開水消毒才用, 垃圾馬上打包拿出門, 家裡的紙巾清潔用品以囤積的方式存在, 有幽閉恐懼症, 只喝某個牌子的礦泉水,寧願渴死也不肯喝其他牌子. 這些可能有些人只有一兩樣的偏執, 他全部都有. 一直以來我也有些自己很在意的小事情, 大體來說不妨礙人也跟潔癖無關. 看過我家的人都曉得我離潔癖根本天差地遠, 既不囤清潔劑也不存廚房用紙巾. 於是最近有個念頭讓我困擾起來.
