Wednesday, December 8, 2010. We headed to Blowing Rock, NC for Thanksgiving. Despite the flu bug going around, we somehow managed to stay healthy and had a great time. David really enjoyed seeing Opa's train set. David and Madi licking off the mixers in Granna's kitchen. David enjoyed eating popcorn, watching movies,. Thursday, June 17, 2010. Lanny and David swinging in the backyard. Random pictures and Bowling. Here is David in his room. He has a train table, but prefers to build the train tracks on the floor. Lamb, David and Jaime watching a movie. We took David bowling on Saturday, April 3. He had the best time. The ball took forever to hit the pins and even with the gutter guards on he still managed to get a few gutter balls. He also had the pin actually bounce off a pin without knocking it over. Monday, October 19, 2009. Hayride, Petting zoo, and Pumpkin Patch. I took David to a pumkin patch, hayride, and petting zoo today in Weddington with his friend Michael and Michael's mom, Elaine. Thursday, February 5, 2009. So David has gotten really into the book Cars (the Disney / Pixar movie). He loves the book. He actually sits for long periods of time if we read him that book. Monday, June 22, 2009. David's friend, Caleb, came over to play a couple weeks ago. Caleb had a shirt that David also had so I dressed them alike and tried to take some pictures. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. David Wilson Ace Fighter Pilot in Training. David is not a fan of loud noises. (It took me forever to be able to vacuum with him in the house without him throwing a fit.) He spent most of the first part of the day with his fingers in his ears. The airshow was really interesting with lots of different types of planes. Here are a few of the pictures we took. Saturday, August 1, 2009. I know everyone thinks their child is a genius, but mine truly is. The other morning after Lanny left for work (wearing a tie), David found this ribbon in my bedroom and proceeded to place it under his chin and say "Tie like Daddy." It was so cute! He wanted to wear his "tie" so badly that I ended up tying it around his neck before we left for the bank. He wore that thing around his neck at the bank and the grocery store. David's cousin, Parker, came to visit for David's birthday.
