Of his attempted hike of the Appalachian Trail. According to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy website. Bryson describes his failed journey with splendid detail and a hefty douse of humour. It is a wonderful read though it may put you off hiking forever, though I’m not nearly that bright. Is playing him in the upcoming Hollywood production. Get it?
