A good day, though they didn’t spot me en route (and Charlie was worried I had collapsed and was being carted off by a passing ambulance! A good time too (for me), 1:40:16, a little off my ‘PB’ of 1:39:54, but not bad, considering most of my training was on holiday in the Loira – more wine and cheese than track and field….
