Small and Simple Things. Today has been productive. I'm so excited to report that I have finally completed all my laundry and put it away! I feel like celebrating! I came so close last week but it didn't take long to get away from me again. I wish it would stay this way but I know, all too well, that there will be more where that came from - - UGH! I was so excited to get my tonsils removed, cause that meant I was coming home! I didn't think of the pain at that time). I was able to plan my trip home for 3 weeks! But I figure if I do it here, I wont have to re do it in my journal. I was able to go with to the Dominican Republic with another nanny and her family. We left on March 27,2009. We flew out of Newark to Puerto Plata. When we got there we had a helicopter waiting for us! We drove around exploring the resort!

I have been messing around with the idea of getting a dog for a while now. My biggest reason not to get one is well, my employer didn’t want one. But she soon came to realize that I really wanted one, and she know it would make me happy (plus, she wants me to stay longer). After weeks of talking about it, she told me yes I could get one! And the best part is she would pay for it!
