Documenting my study abroad adventure in Taiwan. Monday, December 21, 2009. Weekend Trip to Taipei. My homestay parents and some of my TUSA classmates! My homestay parents invited me back for dinner and karaoke that night. Arriving back in Kaohsiung. Passing through a storm in southern Taiwan. Taichung City from the train. On the Taiwan High Speed Rail back to Kaohsiung; takes 6 hours to drive, but only 1.5 hours by high speed rail. It travels at almost 200 mph. Dr Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall.

Documenting my study abroad adventure in Taiwan. Sunday, January 3, 2010. After a long journey from Philadelphia through Toronto and Munich, I finally arrived in Barcelona today. It still hasn't completely hit me yet that I will be here for 4 months, but since I know that my time here will improve my Spanish tremendously, I am also extremely excited to see what the days bring.
