Wednesday, September 23, 2009. So we are back, a little tired, but thats to be expected. It was a grueling 21 hour trip. We flew from Athens to Atlanta, 12 hours, 2 hours in Atlanta, then 4 1/2 hours to Portland. We have made the trip in 14 hours, but that is going through Amsterdam. They didnt offer that flight. Delta has kind of taken over KLMS business. Anyway I dont think we will do that again. The trip to Moscow was wonderful. It is such a city of differences. Only now he has a crewcut. Now Ive ...

Saturday, December 05, 2009. OK, so I thought I'd better write something.otherwise you would all think I fell off the earth. All of you 5 people or so who read this anyway:). Things have been busy here, but not overwhelming. We came home from Greece to a beautiful fall. It was so nice to be home for Halloween. The whole family is anxiously awaiting Katherine and the kids on the 16th and Leo on the 24th. I have missed them terribly, but the excitement of them coming is something I haven't enjoyed before.

We were just there in April, but that doeesn't stop us from going back in September:). We are really enjoying the weather, fun festivals, getting the yard ready for winter, etc. We were also in Moscow in September last year. Very good memories! I'm having the kids over for labor day.
