Training reports from a Canadian living south of the border. Monday, April 19, 2010. Back in the swing of things. My coach Alex McDonald. Had a rough season last year with a pretty bad injury that kept him out of competition for most of the year. About a month ago, he came back to racing with Oceanside California 70.3. And had a pretty solid result for his first time in a year with a number on him. Yesterday, he raced the Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans. Check out his race report. Friday, April 16, 2010.

Training reports from a Canadian living south of the border. Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Race Report #2: Eagleman - 10 June 2012. Slowly but surely, I'm catching up on long-overdue race reports. I'll start off by sparing any weak suspense and coming clean. This was my first time competing at Eagleman; it was also my first DNF. My plan for this race was to test out my spring training and get some hot racing under the belt. I didn't really walk away with the former, but the latter definitely happened!

Monday, June 30, 2008. The CT was well maintained, although it was littered with an absurd amount of horse manure since horsepacking the CT is apparently pretty popular.
