Monday, January 9, 2012. Here comes the Sun. Turn your face to the sun and the shadows fall behind you. I love the cold weather, and all that comes with the holiday season fesitivities in the winter, but I really love the energy I have in the summertime when we're getting sunshine on our faces 24/7. Fortunately, the SUN has been coming around a little more lately. We are all loving it. What a glorious time it was, to play in the sunshine, and feel all the winter blues just roll slide and swing away.

Monday, April 8, 2013. I've found myself watching the Dog Whisperer. Lately :) I don't know why, exactly, maybe because I'm trying to figure out how to help manage our 100 pound lab puppy who likes to take ME for a walk. Seems to have a quiet disposition when rehabilitating dogs.kinda' like Will the other day, sweetly drawing a trip of goats to his side. Our little Goat whisperer. Too many apples (in a good way). 5 apples, cored, peeled and cut in 8 wedges. 1 cup apple cider. 2-3 strips orange or lemon peel. 3 Tbl fresh orange or lemon juice. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 In a dutch oven, combine all ingredients except sugar, heat to boiling. Monday, May 13, 2013. It's days like Mothers Day I just take time to sit back, relax and .oh wait, I did? Ok, so my husband was a HUGE help yesterday (on Mothers Day) as he prepared some of the lunch, and helped clean the kids, I mean kitchen (well, them too! WHO CARES if the house isn't spotless, and company will be over any minute, and my three month old needs to nurse and I really need a shower. I have three beautiful children, an amazing Godly husband who tells me he's a lucky guy. And baby makes 6.

Sunday, March 31, 2013. A reason to worship. It was a joy to host over 25 people for a Resurrection lunch today. As we wrapped up the delicious Tri-tip. Saturday, January 22, 2011. We've only just begun. This afternoon, Will wandered into Billy's office where he had brought a brand new can of Kilz oil-based primer in to read the directions (we're re-painting Emma's armoire). Needless to say, Will found that brand new can of Kilz, knocked it onto the floor, and managed to get the lid off.when my mom and Billy found him, he was swimming in it, covered from head to toe! Tomorrow, it will be on to scrubbing the carpet.then again, maybe we'll call someone...
