Psychiatric abuse is a crime! If you have been a victim report it to CCHR California’s investigative team. Names of any school/mental health personnel involved. Describe the abuse that occurred and include all dates. What was happening with the child/children/family member immediately before the incident started? Was the child seen by a mental health practitioner, school psychologist or psychiatrist? What was the result? Did you place your child(ren) on psychiatric medication such as stimulants?
