I had the light about a meter away from her, and a little behind (not much tho) and the reflector in front a little, replecting the light up. I used the protocols as usual. Thursday, October 28, 2010. A assignment, september light. For this photo, i used the rule of thirds placing my subjects slightly off center. The lines on the street lead to my subject. I used the quickmask effect and the duotone. To take this photo we used light reflecters to brighten half of the subjects face. the camera was in midzoom when i took this photo, focusing on the subject and leaving the background blurry. Thursday, September 23, 2010. First I duplicated the layers, changed foreground levels darker, erased away the dark colour that was on the grass and then flatten image layers. I used leading lines to point to the center of attention which is me in this case. Friday, September 17, 2010. Monday, September 13, 2010. First i did all my protocols. The I sharpend it. I changed the exposure a lot. I used the curves tool a little bit too. I also used the shadow/highlight tool. In this photo i have done the protocals, where i adjusted levels and used the spot healing tool, this photo is my depth of field photo. because it is focused on my subject Rachel and the background is blurry. First what I did in this imaage is change the levels in this photo, then I made it duotone, after that I did a quick mask and selected the background. I then made the background blurred so your main focus is on the subject. September 23, 2010 at 3:09 PM. You completed your assignment good job its a nice picture you did a good job of using the quick mask tool, changed the picture to greyscale and duotone, and use the protocals.
