Saturday, February 11, 2012. The first thing that comes to my mind when thinking of the baby shower Trav's family threw last weekend is: Beautiful. Everything about it was nothing less of this. The details and thought into each decoration, the delicious food, but most importantly the people who were there and how they blessed our sweet daughter. It was such a wonderful afternoon amongst family and friends. Simply beautiful. My dear Aunt Katie. This was so sweet! Love my sister in laws! Oh Baby, Blush.

Saturday, February 11, 2012. He is Quite the Guy. There is something special that changes in a relationship when you are pregnant. It's as if I have fallen in love with Trav all over again in a different, deeper way. I look at him different, I appreciate smaller things, and I find that my heart is pouring out more love for him than I thought was ever possible. I know my heart is going to melt when I see him holding her for the first time. But I know even more his heart is going to be lost in her.

Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Mmmmm, Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmm. I don't know about you but I am a pumpkin fanatic! I look forward to fall so I can literally eat pumpkin anything for 2 months straight. I recently stumbled across a new recipe for pumpkin cookies that I will say, are to die for. I literally could eat a whole batch myself.as well as my in laws! In fact, I made them once the night before an event and within two hours the entire batch was gone! OopsI just had to make more :-). 1 1/2 cups light br sugar.

Thursday, October 20, 2011. Our first ultrasound was done at 8 weeks; a little earlier than planned. This ultrasound feels like ages ago but it was only over a month. Trav received a somewhat frantic phone call. I could barely get the words out. Without hesitating he told me he would leave work and meet me at the hospital in Irvine that we would deliver at. From his calming voice to constant texts he kept reminding me that God was in control and would protect our little babe. What if it's already to late?
