Sunday, June 30, 2013. This month was our big trip to Europe. It was everything I thought it would be multiplied by about a thousand. I was swept away by the scenery. And historical landmarks that I grew up learning about in school, and it was surreal to be there in real life. However, I have found that when I travel it is the little things that make me really fall in love with a city. Things like fresh fruits and vegetables for sale in outdoor markets. Campo de Fiori in Rome. And unassuming old doorways.
