Built in 2002 and is located centrally in Jefferson City, Missouri, Parkway Apartments is a coed facility that has nine individuals who each have separate bedrooms in four different apartments. Parkway Apartments provide 24-hour staffing.

Based on RSMo 205.968 - 205.972),. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, INC. ALPHA HOMES, INC. BOARDS. The Board of Directors meets once a month, usually the second Tuesday, starting at 6:30 pm, and usually at the CCSS Administration Building, 1908 Boggs Creek Road, Jefferson City, MO 65101, telephone 573-634-4555. Each board member is assigned to at least one committee which usually necessitates a 1 to 2 hour meeting, six times a year.

Built in 1999, Lewella Estes Apartments has 16 one-bedroom apartments and is located on the east side of Jefferson City, Missouri. Some people are in individualized supported living and CCRSI is responsible for programming, transportation and shopping as well as health and safety issues 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Other individuals receive only personal assistance hours or attend group activities. Some individuals receive no services from our agency.

Built in 1998, East McCarty apartments currently has 15 individuals that live in nine different apartments on two levels. Every resident has their own bedroom. There is a Commons Room with a kitchenette, large table and a TV for residents to use. East McCarty provides 24-hour staffing.
