My musings on all things racing. Monthly Archives: January 2014. My Thoughts on McLaren and Lotus. The teaser of the day was Lotus releasing computer generated images of its new car. From the side view, I like it. I like the “walrus” nose a lot better than the phallic ones, That being said, the overhead shot of the Lotus isn’t any more forgiving than the front view of the McLaren. Lots of bitch from fans now, but as long as these cars are winning, that should put a stop to that. January 25, 2014.
