In orientation we went to a small farm outside of Perugia to see how a farm in Italy works. The Arcadia students went to the farm near Lake Trazzimeno. When we arrived, all I saw was fields of grapes and olive trees. I knew then this would be a grand adventure. The tub of grapes! Out comes the juice. Alessandro, one of the owners working out the grape juice.

I had the chance to catch up with my Aunt before she did a trek. Scooter made the trip, but it was tough journey and he lost a foot and part of an ear. Mt. Everest was breathtaking. I have been in Thailand for nearly 16 weeks now. I absolutely love it here. I am really not sure how this is not a top study abroad destination…. IPhone Mt. Everest Photo.

Still On My Mind. Subscribe to our feed. Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Over my last weekend I went to Koh Samet. It is a small island about 3 hours South of Bangkok. I traveled with my friend Sina. We left on Friday morning. We took a taxi to the nearest bus station where we got a small van to take us South to catch the ferry. We spent a lot of time on the beach and on the porch of our bungalow. It was the most relaxed holiday I have ever taken. View from our Bungalow ($18 a night). Still On My Mind.
