Do you often work with individuals residing in a different time zone? Did you know the Calendar feature in Outlook allows you to add an additional time zone? Switch to to Calendar View. Simply right-click over top of the times shown and choose Change Time Zone. Check off the box that says Show a second time zone. Give it a try!
