Weakness is a choice. Wednesday, April 30, 2008. 2 sand bag to shoulder. 6 hanging DB cleans 30#. 10 walking lunges 25#. I will confirm this later. This one was sweet, tough but fun. again I just tried to keep moving. The hanging cleans felt good, a little slow, but my technique was there. I was definitely shrugging my ass off! The rope climb was a breeze, everything was good, except the dips ahaha we all knew that was coming. I get so pissed off at those things! But anyways, I'm off to MMA! It's always...

Thursday, September 11, 2008. Wednesday, September 10th. Workout of the Day. 10 Back squats loading BW. 10 Bench press 75% BW. 10 Kipping pullups/20 Jumping pullups. Rest as needed between sets. This was a fun one! I did 75lbs for my squats. The first 5 of every round were ok but the last 5 were a bit more of a challenge. I did them all though so thats what matters! Bench press I used 20lbs. I originally went for the 15lbs and then changed my mind. I always seem to underestimate myself! You rock my girl!

Monday, August 18, 2008. Wednesday, August 13th. Max bench press 50lbs. So going into this I really didn't think it was going to be all that bad.ya right! This one felt like torture, especially being on the rower. 320 meter row doesn't seem like that much but every time I was on there I felt like I was going to puke. Weakness is a choice. Saturday, October 18, 2008. Hey everyone, sorry i haven't been posting. i have done quite a bit of wod's, just haven't got a chance to write them down. I'm trying to remember which ones I did now. I'll just write down the ones I did this week. 5 x snatch DL muscle snatch OHS b squat snatch push press. 65/75/75 but failed after two. It was cool because the last wod I posted, I only got up to 120 :) up 5 pounds, weirddddd. 7 - box jumps. Loved this metcon, did mostly butterfly kips :).
