Monday, April 30, 2012. Posted by REAL Frank. You've heard of the Crocodile Hunter haven't you? This here is the Frog Hunter. Rylan will spend hours down at the pond catching frogs. His sisters spend a fair amount of time down there too, but Rylan is known for his exceptional frog catching skills. He spots the frog (the bigger the better), he approaches slowly and silently, and then HE POUNCES! Bowen likes to look at the frogs . . . But he thinks Rylan is crazy for touching those slimy things!

I'm not big enough for my bike yet so Rylan holds me up the whole time that he drives me around the yard. He wouldn't let me fall.

John, Amy, Grace, and James came for a visit last week. As small town folk we felt it our duty to teach them the basics of country living. Thursday, October 18, 2012. Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch. Well, the day we went to the pumpkin patch was the first day is rained after 80 some days of no rain. Had to get the raincoats out. At least the corn maze wasn't as muddy as it was last year. And there was a large tent that housed a hay maze that the kids enjoyed. Bowen had fun. He even said "cheese" for a couple pictures. Thursday, May 31, 2012. Bo the Digger Man. Bowen learned to say "Dada" and "Mama" and soon after he learned to say "tractor" and "digger". If the lawn mower or digger is started up when he is close by he starts squawking until you put him on your lap in the driver's seat. This boy is all about the heavy equipment.
