Slow and Steady Wins the Race! Monday, November 29, 2010. MM: After the feast is over. I came back from Thanksgiving weighing 4 ounces less then I did when I left! Let me tell you. The two days I ate a big Thanksgiving meal (Thursday and Friday) I ate a small breakfast, usually a fruit, and just a snack for dinner, like carrots and hummus. That way most of my calories were used at the meal. I skipped breads, rolls, and dessert. And I only had one plate at each meal. No seconds for me! Posted by Mrs. M.

Which is nothing short of a miracle, considering the fact that we went to 2 potluck dinners this weekend, and last week I made some low fat stroganoff using up the last of our white pasta. Slow and Steady Wins the Race! Saturday, October 30, 2010. I have been painting like crazy now that it is cooler outside, and I can do some indoor work, instead of outdoors! This was our main bathroom/laundry room before-it was a hideous school bus yellow! 2 coats of primer 2 coats of paint later. It is this lovely shade of smokey blue-Valspar Smokepoint. Slow and Steady Wins the Race! Monday, November 15, 2010. This McFatty Monday is officially my 100th post! My weight this week is the same. Kind of expected that. My C25K was side-lined by a nasty upper-respiratory infection. I still ran Monday and Wednesday, then Thursday went to the doc when I couldn't stop hacking. On the one hand, he tells me I am beautiful all the time-that I am gorgeous, and since I have been losing weight he has been raving about how I look. Wonderful, right? Slow and Steady Wins the Race! Sunday, May 23, 2010. McFatty Monday. Confessions. I'm so thrown, I don't know what to do but to keep on doing my confessions. I have been amazingly absent lately, and for the worse. I weighed myself yesterday and almost fell off the scale. But I will be honest. I am up 6 pounds from where I was 4 weeks ago. SIX POUNDS.
