Individual counseling and private yoga sessions are 55 minutes long. A sliding scale is available for people who would like to pay directly for services. Scale ranges from $60-100 per session. Please contact me to discuss these options. On-going regularly scheduled yoga classes are $10 per class or $50 for a 6 class pass.
