May 9, 2015. Oodles of exciting things happened this week. My baby sister, aka auntie drooly, turned 45. Happy birthday, jujubee. Maria got her braces removed. Oh, how i love that smile. We closed on our new house. It feels like it took forever, and there were several bumps in the road. Thankfully, daddyo is the calm yin to my worst case scenario yang. April 11, 2015. The girl child had a rough game last weekend. This morning she said she felt that today would be a better game. She asked if i would give her twenty bucks if she scored a hat trick. It would seem like a safe bet, but i'm not betting twenty bucks on anything, so i negotiated down to ten. The girls came out on fire, with tons of shots on goal. maria finally got one in the net. the second half they lost their mojo and the other team scored several goals. Way to go, Maria!

April 24, 2015. I've been out of sorts since we moved. I'm attempting to be flexible, nimble, tranquil, but truth be told, i'm a mess. Albeit a mess with cute new shoes. I had no idea how much my sanity is affected by my daily routine, and my routine has been nonexistent since we moved. I'm heading east this weekend, and while flying is not my favorite thing, it does mean hours upon hours of uninterrupted reading time. Here's what i've got packed in my carry on. I gave them a test run on my twelve hour tuesdays, and am pleased to report, they passed with flying colors. fly london. Shoes are incredibly comfortable, and come in a slew of colors. i've found some styles to run narrow in the toe box area, but these didn't for me. What color did you get and from where?
