Slow and Steady, wins the race. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Thanks for the push (again) to update this blog. I'm still working out and watching what I eat, etc. I'm enjoying the kickboxing classes as well as the strengh/resistance classes. Also for the past 6 weeks, I've done kettlebell which has been a blast! I've been able to catch a walk here and there, which is great. It seems I've hit a plateau with the weight loss so I keep trying to get it to budge. It'll get there, eventually! Posted by Jeff and Aleigh.

It's been a few weeks but I just wanted to post a quick recap of how the Fitness marathon went. It took me that long to recoup from the marathon.KIDDING! I woke up that AM with a sore throat and I was honestly dreading going because I was worried that I'd feel really sick or wouldn't be able to stick it out, etc but I completely surprised myself and made it the ENTIRE 4 hours! I was stuck in this fluctuation of 3-4 pounds for about a month. I would gain a couple pounds then lose 3, gain 1 lose 1.then I got worried that my band wasn't working. Was my esophogus dialated? Slow and Steady, wins the race. Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Last night I went to the gym again. Mom and Dad met me there about halfway through my workout. I walked 46 minutes for a total of 2.20 miles.
