Pass The Star - Roller Derby. A journey through weight loss, growing to become a rock-star roller derby girl and glittery belly dancer. Thursday, January 24, 2013. Derby Lite: Session 3! I worked from home on Wednesday, so I had a pair of skates on in my house most of the day. Why? Because I was excited for Derby Lite that evening! I had carefully laid out my Derby Lite clothes the day before, got my gear bag all ready and just waited for that moment when I could finally leave the house to go to practice!

Pass The Star - Roller Derby. A journey through weight loss, growing to become a rock-star roller derby girl and glittery belly dancer. Thursday, January 17, 2013. Derby Lite: Indianapolis - Session 2. During our second session, we reviewed our stops (toe stops, t-stops) and falls (2, 4 and 6 points). I was really pleased that I am able to stop without grabbing for the wall every time! A new skill we tried were one foot glides. Definitely difficult for me! We also did a pace line (my first one! Celeste's Makeup Corner: Makeup Look - Peacock Eyes
http://celestesmakeupcorner.blogspot.com/2015/03/makeup-look-peacock-eyesi.html
Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Makeup Look - Peacock Eyes. On Saturday, I was feeling like using some blues for my dance makeup for Greek Islands. As promised, here are the instructions on how I achieved the look. The palette that I used for most of the look is from the Fergie collection by Wet n Wild in Maldives Sky. You can find this at a drug store or Walmart for about $5-6. And, yes, it works great. You can see a review that I had done of a different shade of the palette here. I lined both the top eyelid a...

Celeste's Makeup Corner: December 2014
http://celestesmakeupcorner.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Where to start the application? Let's go over some considerations for different items/placements. When it comes to foundation, I will actually apply from a center area and push out the sides. so like say on my right cheekbone and then expand it out to the jaw line and hair line and in towards the nose. Given how foundation typically applies, it's easier to start high and bring it lower, hence why I start on the cheekbone and will expand downward and towards the hairline. At the...

Celeste's Makeup Corner: Product Review - Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow by Pacifica
http://celestesmakeupcorner.blogspot.com/2015/03/product-review-natural-mineral-coconut.html
Thursday, March 19, 2015. Product Review - Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow by Pacifica. I received the Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow by Pacifica. In my Ipsy subscription. The product promised to be a velvety finish and I was skeptical because it's never as smooth as they make it out to be. But, lo and behold, it does feel very nice on the eyelid. I tried it both with and without eye primer and it held very well even without. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Product Re...
