I didn't layer quite as much as I should have. We went to see the dogsled demonstration while Jack and Becky went whitewater rafting. We played for the Kenai Peninsula Orchestra Summer Concert Series, where we met another couple from Virginia. We have had someone from Virginia in every crowd on this tour! Becky is a contest winning hammer dulcimer player and her 1992 recording, "Sounds of Change" showcases her dynamic hammered dulcimer playing. He found success in numerous guitar contests, winning the Knoxville World’s Fair Guitar Championship, the Galax Fiddler’s Convention Guitar Contest and the Wayne Henderson Guitar Championship.
