Community Wind Development in Northeastern Nova Scotia. There are several key aspects to developing a wind power project. These include but are not limited to site analysis, technical studies, permitting, construction and financing. Zutphen Wind Inc. has been hired to bring the projects to full operation and provide day to day operations of the wind turbines when they are in full operation.
