Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Semolina Porridge (for 10 persons). 1/2 package of semolina. Pounded roasted unsalted peanuts. Or bananas or dried fruit. Caramelize the sugar and add water and the semolina. Cook at middle to low heat until the semolina starts to become thick. Add milk or milk powder (diluted in water).
