ROLLING WEEK = 108M. SEASON MILES = 1081. Bender Loop with Kletzsch Park add-on. Scorching hot day, temps over 100 around noon, waited until 6PM when it felt a little cooler. Again, nothing spectacular, just logging miles. August Miles : 229. Finally managed to get up for an AM run this week. Nothing too memorable, kind of so...

HR was up at 50-54 BPM, so I stayed in bed an extra half an hour instead of runn...

If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world." - J.R.R. Tolkien. Wednesday, June 29, 2005. There's many a slip twixt cup and lip. I can now appreciate the world of small business much better now that I'm in the process of subletting my apartment. There are far too many possible contingencies and uncertainties to be worth the lost sleep and hassle. What if a subletter doesn't pay up? What if a subletter burns down the damn apartment? St Louis, ho! Monday, Ju...
