Quinta-feira, 29 de setembro de 2011. A dieta vai indo e eu confesso que estou casa dia mais empolgada. Já comecei a ouvir gente reparando, já comecei a reparar também, já me sinto casa vez mais a vontade com as quantidades de comidas, já estou cintando os dias para a pesagem na quinta que vem.
