Directors & Staff. Garden Weddings & Special Events. The furniture belonged to the Chances and has 3 more leaves stored in the attic along with beveled glass French doors to the room. Original chandelier was returned to the Museum in 2011 after the Sturgeon death. Silver Tea Service on buffet was given in honor of Lucy Morris. Various silver serving pieces are from estate of Annabelle Howard left to the Museum in her will. 319 E Sneed St., Centralia, MO 65240.

Directors & Staff. Garden Weddings & Special Events. The Centralia Historical Society is housed in a Victorian (Queen Anne Style) house that was built in 1904 by Centralia Pharmacist, R. L. Hope and his wife Belle Downing Hope. In 1908, it was purchased by Charles Early family, bank president. The A.B. Chance family purchased the home in 1923 and lived here until his death in 1949. 319 E Sneed St., Centralia, MO 65240.

Directors & Staff. Garden Weddings & Special Events. This room is dedicated to the Chance family and Chance Company (now Hubbell). The room includes many photos from 1907 to 1974 when the Chance Company was listed on NYSE. There is a display of anchors dating back to 1912, with most still being sold today.
