I work during the day and wondered if you would be able to come out and collect my pet in the evening? Absolutely. Although our website states the traditional working hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, we understand that your circumstances may be different, and we will endeavour to provide you with our support outside these hours. I was told by a friend that I have to take my pet to the vet after she passes away, however I would prefer for her to be collected from home. Are you able to do this for me?
